The ink is then poured into the cutout shape after which it is transferred onto a rubber roller. This roller is called a blanket cylinder and is responsible for allowing the paper to roll within and get the right level of ink for a particular color. And lastly, it is the responsibility of the impression cylinder to push paper at 10,000 sheets per hour in order to absorb the ink. All these process are automatic. In modern-day machines, there are four presses for each of the individual colors, hence the term, four-color machine. One piece of paper goes through each press in the order of the CMYK and retrieves one color at a time. It will then land on the drying area that employs inferred heat to dry the ink on the paper. This will then be ready for printing on the back side. The plates and rollers all work together efficiently in order to mass produce your original layout at a very fast rate. You will generate thousands of copies in no time. Commercial printing offers many advantages in creating professional and excellent quality final printed products for people to enjoy. These printed materials could be informative or entertaining but these are all rendered in high grade printing, thanks to the modern equipment and machines of a local commercial printer. By far, the CMYK offset printing is the best system of printing because no matter how many innovations the printing machines have undergone over the years, they still go back to the basic CMYK.
