Author Submission Guidelines

You are required to meet the following guidelines when submitting your articles to InfoArticles.us:

• Submitted articles must be your own work
  - You may not submit articles written by other authors.
• You must be the copyright holder for each submitted article.
  Articles written by a ghost writer are acceptable provided you retain copyright and they are unique.
• Your article content must be unique. No rebranded articles are allowed.
• Your article must have a blank line between paragraphs, be grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.
• You must select the correct category and sub category for your article. Articles with no category or sub category will be automatically deleted from our directory. Articles with incorrect category or sub category selected may be declined and will experience delays in review times.
• We do not accept capital letters in the article title, in the article body... We do not accept capital letters in any part of the article
• We do not accept hyperlinks in the article title.
• We do not accept hyperlinks in the abstract box.
• We do not accept hyperlinks in the article body.
• You can included a maximum of 3 hyperlinks in your resource box.
• We do not accept affiliate hyperlinks. Use a redirect page for your affiliate recommendations.
• We do not allow direct linking your article to articles in other article directories.
• All submitted articles must not contain direct affiliate links or blatant advertising.
  However, it is acceptable to mention resource URL´s of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
• Basic HTML tags are allowed (p, a, br, ul, li...), however no Javascript is permitted.
• Basic HTML tags (b, i, strong, font, size...) and any other tag to highlight the text in some way are not allowed.
• We do not accept articles that contain HTML paragraph markers or Line Break markers.
• We do not accept articles from article generator software.
• We do not accept articles that promote racism, hate sites, pornography, sex, warez....
• By submitting your articles, you grant us the right to publish your articles
  - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicated through RSS Feeds.
  - We may also change the article´s location or category as we see fit.
• By submitting your articles, you grant others the right to republish your articles
  - Other ArticleRich users have the right to publish your submissions on their websites, newsletters, magazines, or ezines.
   Provided the article is left in the original state, which includes the resource box which provides you credit as content author.
• We have no control on where your article may be published by third party publishers. It is your responsiblity to request that the third party remove your article if you are not satisfied with the usage of your article.
• We may insert comments/analysis at the foot of your article as we see fit.
• Article submissions do not entitle you to financial remuneration of any kind
  - You will not receive any monies for articles you submit.
• Article submission does not guarantee inclusion
  - We reserve the right to reject submissions for any reason. It is at the discretion of our editorial team as to which articles are published and for how long.
• We reserve the right to edit your articles to conform with our submission/editorial guidelines, and to re-classify your articles in the category we deem appropriate.
• Articles must be checked for spelling and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submission.
  We check all article submissions and we will reject content that fails to meet this requirement.
• We reserve the right to remove any published articles at any time without any reason or prior notice whatsoever.
• If you are in breach of any of our Author terms of service, we reserve the right to remove your membership of the site along with any content you have added.
• We reserve the right to include advertisements on the same page as any submitted articles.
• By using this site, you also agree to our Author terms of service.

Author Terms of Service

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.

3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.

4. By submitting your articles to InfoArticles.us, you agree to allow us to:

• Publish your article on InfoArticles.us and any of its article directory partners.
• Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
• Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly online newsletters ( ezines ).

5. You agree that InfoArticles.us is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our site and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit due for your work and your resource box will be left intact.

6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please link to it through your own domain name and link to it in your resource box.

7. InfoArticles.us may at any time translate your article into various languages for use on our sister sites. Your article will remain complete and your resource box will always be included.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.

9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.InfoArticles.us" from each article you choose to publish.

2. You agree that the author retains copyright of their article.

3. You agree to respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish.

    This includes but is not limited to 1. resource box, 2. any links provided by the author.

4. You must not change, edit or reword any part of the article, including the title, the article content, the author name, resource box.

5. You agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on the link and be taken to it is destination as the author intended.

6. You agree to never use any articles obtained from InfoArticles.us in any form of spam or unsolicited email.

7. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, pornography, sex or any other illegal material.

8. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

Disclaimer

You agree to not hold InfoArticles.us or its owners liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. InfoArticles.us is simply a place for authors and publishers to meet. If you have reason to believe someone has stolen your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.

InfoArticles.us does not endorse any author, website or product mentioned in any articles not written by the Post Articles team. No articles published by InfoArticles.us are meant to be used for legal, business or any other type of professional advice. All articles are for informational purposes only.
