The appropriate size is that which fits in the hand tightly while still it allows the room to breathe.Sometimes people have no idea about the size of the gloves and which one is appropriate for them to wear. One can find the gloves of size which is related to the size of the feet. If the feet size is under 9 the size of the gym gloves should be small. If the size of the feet is 9 or 10 then one must buy the medium size gloves. If the feet size is above 10 then gloves of large or extra-large (XL) should be recommended. Another factor that should be considered while buying the glove is whether to use Velcro strap or slip-on gloves. The slip-on gloves are advantageous for takeoff& on. But it is not suitable when the lifters are going to pull up the heavier weights.These problems can be easily resolved by using Velcro strap. Though these straps are expansive. But there is no compromisation with security while the lifter is using these types of strapped gloves. This type of glove hold tightly with the hands & no gripping problem happens in case of lifting heavier load.When a weight lifter uses a right pair of gloves it increases him or her performance automatically. The weight lifters give their best performance if they feel more comfortable & secure and easy by wearing proper gym gloves. So for security along with comfort purpose Velcro strapped gloves are the better choice for the beginners.
